DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
Indexing, recording, and scanning documents, assist public, file, and retrieve court documents, daily cash register opening, closing, and balancing, receipting payments, administering oaths, issue marriage license, process legal documents and must maintain confidential office information. Must be able to multitask and assume additional responsibilities as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma or equivalent and background check is required. Experience with computers and data entry is highly recommended. Must have the ability to respond and effectively interact with the public courteously and patiently.
SALARY AND BENEFITS: $22,706.00 to $32,193.00
This position offers a benefits package, which includes vacation and sick leave, paid holidays, health insurance, retirement, and life insurance.
