Operating Rules
VPPSA operates the transfer station and convenience center in Mathews County as part of an integrated regional solid waste management system which also includes the Counties of Essex, King and Queen, King William, and Middlesex.
These operating rules have been developed in conjunction with representatives of Mathews County and provide the guidelines for use of the facilities in the County.
These operating rules may change without notice to improve service to the citizens of Mathews County or if required to comply with local, state or federal rules and regulations. Any exceptions to these operating rules must be authorized by the VPPSA Executive Director.
